By accessing and using Scrollcade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scrollcade. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scrollcade. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

3User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

You may upload games, comments, and other content to Scrollcade. You agree that you will not:

  • •Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • •Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

  • •Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • •Use automated systems or bots without permission

5Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content:

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Scrollcade a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • •Use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
  • •Modify and adapt your content for technical requirements
  • •Promote your content within the Service

Our Content:

All Scrollcade branding, logos, designs, and platform features are owned by Scrollcade and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

6In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Scrollcade may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment terms:

  • •Refunds are subject to app store policies and applicable laws
  • •Virtual items and currency have no real-world value
  • •Prices may change with notice
  • •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal

8Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is":

Scrollcade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrollcade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

9Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Scrollcade at any time, with or without notice, for:

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
